Undergraduate Students

Mengru is an Optical Engineering junior at the University of Rochester. Building on her experience working with metasurfaces and GRIN achromatization, she is currently focusing her interests on integrated photonics and its applications.

Junye is a rising junior at the University of Rochester majoring in Optical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. He is interested in integrated photonics, laser optics, and artificial intelligence.

Jiayi is a rising junior at the University of Rochester majoring in Optical Engineering. She is interested in integrated photonics, semiconductor materials, and their applications in device engineering and manufacturing.
